1. Restock Schedule

 

Our website is restocked every Friday with freshly baked cookies. Orders can be placed once the restock is live, and we fulfill them based on availability.

 

2. Shipping Days

 

All orders are processed and shipped out on Mondays, unless Monday falls on a Federal holiday. In the case of a holiday, orders will be shipped the next business day.

 

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

 

We offer the following shipping options:

 

• Standard Shipping: USPS Priority Shipping flat rate $10.00

• Expedited Shipping: N/A

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you select.

 

4. Order Processing Time

 

Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. If your order is placed after Sunday, it will be processed for shipment the following Monday.

 

5. Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship within United States. If you are outside of this region, please contact us at omgcookiees@icloud.com to inquire about special shipping arrangements.

 

6. Estimated Delivery Times

 

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen:

 

• Standard Shipping: USPS Priority Shipping 1-3 days delivery

• Expedited Shipping: N/A

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we recommend that someone is available to receive your order at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for orders left outside or undelivered due to the recipient’s absence.
