1. No Returns

 

All sales of cookies are final. Since our cookies are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing your purchase to ensure you’ve selected the correct items.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

While we do not accept returns, we strive to ensure every order is perfect. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

 

• Damaged Orders: If your cookies arrive damaged, please send us a photo of the damage along with your order number to omgcookiees@icloud.com.

• Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong cookies, please reach out to us with your order number and details of the mistake. We will correct the issue as quickly as possible.
